Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

great location helpful staff comfortable bed

The location is fantastic! The streetcar to the train station is very close. I could walk to the Peace Memorial Park in only ten minutes. Staff allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, so I visited Miyajima Island. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean.

The Queen room is a nice size! It is compact. I had enough room to open my suitcase and move around just fine. The bed was big and comfy with a large TV. The bench seat was a nice addition.

amazing location and comfy stay!

convenient streetcar comfortable bed super clean room friendly staff

I loved how close it was to the peace memorial park, just a short walk! the streetcar stop was also super convenient for getting to the station. the staff let me store my luggage after checkout so i could visit miyajima island. What a treat! the bed was really comfortable, and my room was super clean. A fantastic experience.

The lifts struggled a little bit during peak times. I had to wait a few minutes once or twice.

The double room featured effective air conditioning. it had a well-sized desk for working and a small seating area. the bathroom had all necessary amenities and toiletries were provided. It was a practical space.

The front desk staff were very responsive! they provided helpful directions and information about local attractions. they also assisted with luggage storage. I was able to leave my bags safely!

Great Stay in Convenient Location

lovely library friendly staff

I found a lovely library area stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and water. The location was excellent as major attractions were easily accessible by foot. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful . Their service added to the positive experience. I particularly appreciated the staff's dedication and willingness to assist with any inquiries.

The room was quite small so maneuvering luggage was a challenge in the limited space.
